Anti-Human Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026  ·  Operated by Aquarix LLC (doing business as CosplayXclusive)

1. Policy statement

Aquarix LLC, operating CosplayXclusive, has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery and forced labour. We are committed to eradicating the depiction of non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or physical abuse on our platform. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for any illegal activity and require full compliance from every creator, user, employee and partner with all applicable laws and card-network rules.

2. Prohibited activities

Any activity related to human trafficking, non-consensual content or child exploitation is strictly forbidden. This includes, without limitation:

  • Engaging in, facilitating or condoning any form of human trafficking or modern slavery.
  • Using forced labour or child labour in any aspect of our operations or supply chain.
  • Uploading, sharing or distributing content that depicts non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence or physical abuse.
  • Uploading, sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualised depiction of a minor, real or simulated, including characters presented as minors.
  • Using the Platform to advertise, solicit or provide services that facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion or a minor.
  • Marketing content in a way that suggests illegal activity, such as child exploitation, non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality or prostitution, including through captions, hashtags, usernames or profile text.

3. Content and identity verification requirements

  • Age and identity verification. Every creator is individually reviewed and approved by our team and must verify their legal age and identity with a government-issued ID before their content is published. Creators must equally verify the age and identity of every person who appears in their content and provide those records on request.
  • Documented consent. Clear, written consent from every person depicted is required before publication: consent to be depicted, consent to public distribution on CosplayXclusive, and, where content can be downloaded, consent to download. Creators accept these obligations in the Content Provider Agreement and may use our model release template. Records must be available to us, our payment processor and the card networks on request.
  • Pre-screening and monitoring. All uploaded media is screened by automated classification (including face-age estimation) before it is published, reviewed by our moderation team where flagged, and monitored after publication through user reports and periodic review.
  • Record keeping. We keep identity and consent verification records, and monthly reports of flagged content, complaints and actions taken, for the minimum periods required by card-network rules and applicable law.

4. Reporting and takedown procedures

  • Complaints: anyone can report content that may be illegal or violates our standards through the Report button in the app, by email to contact@cosplayxclusive.com, or by contacting the National Human Trafficking Hotline. See our Complaints Policy.
  • Prompt action: reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. Content found to be non-compliant or illegal is removed immediately, and content credibly alleged to involve a minor or non-consent is hidden while under review.
  • Appeals: persons depicted in content can request removal or dispute consent; disagreements may be resolved by a neutral third party at our expense. See the Content Removal & Appeals Policy.

5. Consequences of violation

Any employee, creator or user found in violation of this policy faces immediate and decisive action, including:

  • Immediate removal of all associated content.
  • Permanent suspension or termination of their account, employment or contract.
  • Reporting to law enforcement, to NCMEC where a minor is involved, and to our financial partners and acquirer.

6. Resources

If you or someone you know is a victim of human trafficking, please seek help:
