Complaints Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026 · Operated by Aquarix LLC (doing business as CosplayXclusive)
Anyone, whether or not they hold an account, can report content on CosplayXclusive that they believe is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates our Terms & Conditions or the standards of our payment partners. This policy explains how to file a complaint, how we review it, how long it takes, what the possible outcomes are, and how to appeal.
1. How to file a complaint
- In the app: open the menu on any post or profile and choose Report. Select a reason and add any details.
- By email: write to contact@cosplayxclusive.com with a link to the content, a description of the problem, and, if you are the person depicted, how we can verify that.
- By post: to the company address below.
You do not need to identify yourself to report content, but we can only tell you the outcome if you give us a way to reach you.
2. What you can report
- Content that depicts or appears to depict a minor in any way.
- Content showing you, or someone you represent, published without consent.
- Non-consensual, violent, coerced or otherwise illegal sexual content.
- Content that infringes your copyright or other rights.
- Harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, fraud or scams.
- Anything else listed under Prohibited Content in our Terms.
3. Review process and timeline
- Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt of email complaints within two business days. In-app reports are logged instantly.
- Interim action: where a report alleges a minor, non-consent or another serious violation, the content is hidden from the public while we investigate.
- Investigation:a member of our trust and safety team reviews the content, the creator's consent and identity records, and any information you provided. We may contact you or the creator for more detail.
- Decision: every complaint is reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days of receipt. We communicate the outcome to the complainant where we have contact details.
4. Possible outcomes
- No violation found: the content stays up and we explain why.
- Content removed permanently.
- Content edited or restricted (for example a caption changed, or a post made private).
- Creator warned, suspended, or permanently terminated, including forfeiture of pending earnings where our Terms allow.
- Referral to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where content involves a minor. Such reports are always made, regardless of the complainant's wishes.
- Notification to our payment processor where required by card-network rules.
5. Appeals
Either the complainant or the creator may appeal a decision within 30 days by emailing contact@cosplayxclusive.comwith the subject line "Appeal" and the original complaint reference. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision and are resolved within seven business days. Where a disagreement about consent cannot be resolved between the parties and CosplayXclusive, it may be referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution at our expense, as described in the Content Removal & Appeals Policy.
6. Records
We keep a log of every complaint, the action taken and the date, and produce monthly summaries of flagged content and outcomes as required by our payment partners.
