Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is free:

• In the app: go to Settings → Subscriptions and choose Cancel next to the creator.
• By email: write to contact@cosplayxclusive.com from the email address on your account and tell us which subscription to cancel.
• Through our payment processor's consumer support, using the details shown on your card statement or receipt.

After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

2. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is no time limit for asking. Email contact@cosplayxclusive.comwith the date and amount of the charge and the reason for your request, or contact our payment processor's consumer support directly. We reply within two business days. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Examples of requests we approve: a charge you did not authorise, a duplicate charge, content that was not delivered or could not be accessed, or a purchase made in error and reported promptly.

3. Access after a refund or chargeback

When a purchase is refunded or disputed with your bank, access to the refunded content (the subscription, post or message) is revoked and the creator's pending earnings for that purchase are reversed. Fraudulent disputes may result in account closure.

4. Tips

Tips are voluntary and are passed to the creator. They are refunded only where the charge was unauthorised or duplicated.
